How much fuel? Too much/too little? How does the spark look?
What about compression? Have you pulled the plugs and listened to the seals?
If you have good spark, and close enough to correct air/fuel mixture, try some MMO to see if you have any stuck seals from keeping it from running.
Does it attempt to turn over? Or does it just click? If it only clicks, you may want to check your starter.
Also, have you checked your fuel pump/filter?
Just tossing out some suggestions....

I have the air fuel set to stock. 3.5 turns out.
Compression is good. pour some oil down, manually , and 3 puffs each rotor. Stuck seals, didnt think about that, but if i got 3 puffs...it would still be good right ?
Yeah it turns over. nice and easily, and it souds like it kicks back as well.
I am getting fuel. I know that cause the fuel bowls are right where they should be.
I realised that i dont have the OMP linkage hooked up. so i am going to go home at lunch and put it back on.
