And theres no air? If theres no air have someone push the clutch and see if the slave cylinder is pushing the fork. If this is the case the fork probably popped off its little joint in the tranny. You might be able to just pop it back on with a lot of force, but if not you must drop the tranny and put it on. Good luck

did you replace the slave or just hone it out?, i tried the latter and in just a short time rust had formed inside the slave causing it not to move freeley,,,,so i got a new slave and now all is working fine,,,....
p.s. I also replaced the short hose between the slave and master,,it had a pinhole leak that was hard to detect....good luck,,,,

This sounds silly but it happened to me..
I replaced the slave cylinder in mine last spring. The part came from NAPA. The pushrod was installed 'backwards' in the cylinder. The large bell shaped end sits in the forks. If installed backwards, the smaller diameter end will push through the small hole in the forks rendering it useless.(The part was manufactured in Italy, by the way...Not that I mean anything bad by that, other than maybe they have a sick sense of humor over there)..

Gad. Just get the OEM part from mazdatrix, it's cheap. Compared to all the struggle to get the slave replaced. And replace that damn flexihose: it can leak unobtrusively.
