No high beams, fuse? wiring? ???

The car that i'm going to get recently replaced the headlamps with blue headlamps (from the local shucks place), and the high beams dont work. I'm not sure if it was the case before the replacement or not.

What could be some possible causes and fixes for this problem?

Thanks!

Geoff

the guy might've just put in low-beam bulbs, eliminating the high-beam function...

On all 4 of the 1st gens I have, the high beam switch is messed up. It works fine with the low beams, but when you push it away to turn on the high beams they shut off, but if you pull it towards you, they work. I fixed one by taking it all apart and cleaning some contacts. I dont know if thats your problem, but I just thought I would suggest it.
