LittleCat's manual isn't working and I see a new link in the archives to an online manual... but the link in the 85 workshop manual isn't working. It says I am blocked.??? WTF...?

I need to play around with my carb. I need to figure out if my secondaries are working and I'm clueless where to start..? I am carb illiterate to the forth power...!

This is a 85 Nikki with EVERY friggin stock part still on it.
