Which way is the little fuel regulator valve suppose to face? It has a line around it on one side.

should the free flowing side flow towards the gas tank or the higher pressure side with resistance suppose to flow towards the gas tank?

 

That is a restrictor for the return line and should point toward the tank. Arrow always goes in direction of flow.

 

blow thru it. which ever way u can blow thru it is the direction of fuel flow.

 

I don’t see an arrow. Maybe need to look again.
