Nikki Carb Rebuild part

Ok I'm rebuilding a nikki. I want to replace the little filters on the inlet and outlet tubes on the top of the carburator, unless it comes with one in the standard rebuild kit? Ill take a picture if noone knows what I'm talkin about. Thanks

the rebuild kits do not come with the filters. clean the filters by backflushing them with some brake or carb cleaner. if your are torn to mangled post a want to buy ad in the 1st gen for sale/wanted section

Yeah you may need to buy a donor carburetor. I saw a couple on ebay the other day for $20 or so.

FYI, there's two more of those screens, that ride on top of the float valve seats. They tend to get stuck inside the air horn when you pull the seats. They need cleaning, too.
