If you are refering to that pos eBay psuedo Kaminai front air dam, I don't think it is original. I have a real one, has the Kaminari sticker on the backside. It looks similiar to the Mariah, not an Eclipse.

I have 4 of the 5 pieces of the kit, missing the rear skirt. One of these days it will go on the GSL in the basement of the shop.

for now im using windex, but i'd like to know a good cleaner i could use for my dash and door panels, etc. that won't shine, but will look clean.
McGuire's Mirror Glaze brand makes two really good rubber treatment products. One is in a spray bottle and one is in a wax-type bottle. Neither is shiny. Mother's makes one called Back in Black that is also not wet looking when applied. I've used them all and recommend any of them.

As a former IMSA 3 piece owner, I will suggest you keep your license plate from in front of the air intake. I had been running hot on the freeway. Moved the plate to ride up on the bumper and problem ceased.

hmm. i haven't had ANY overheating problems whatsoever. when im driving it reads at about 1/3, and if i let it sit idling for 5 or 10 min. it makes its way to almost 1/2 on the guage. i do want to unbolt the license mount (it is in stock location), and move it to the side, so it sits on the right side of the opening, but still in the opening.

if i do go with a air to oil cooler from a 2nd gen and mount that in front of the rad, then i might look at moving the plate, but for now i love the way it looks, and i can't imagine it would look even half decent if bolted to the bumper higher up.

original kamanari front air dam? that looks lik,e mariah? have any pics? i've never heard of this before

well, I think you should get the kamanari....

and yes you can put third gen fronts on the first gen. you can do it with the stock car or the widebody. there are 2(that i know of) first gen widebodies for sale on the forum, both with the same third gen front.

well if you get another front, i have a whale tail with your name on it
