Got my windshield replaced.........Also had it tinted before it went in........Used Llumar PT50........also had an addl sunstrip put in with PT05..........it covers the small factory strip up..........Looks stock from the outside.....

Wow........Night time vision is great......Lights are very easy on the eyes..........

Daytime vision is improved over the 17 year old glass...
the addl strip cuts all the Sun light in the morning......
The heat reduction is unreal.........After coming back to my car....Steering wheel was not hot at all.........Did not fry my *** on the leather seats.......

Will post some pictures later when I find my camera........

I highly reccomend Tinting your windshield before replacing..........

I will check if my radar detector works with this today.......It has GPS system in it..........

Cool. I've thought about replacing mine - got a couple of rock chips here and there over the years.

Where'd you have it done? How much?

i just had to replace mine a few weeks back, had about a million & 1 stone chips.

how dark is this tint in which u speek of??

cus we aint allowed to tint the windscreen at all down here... are u's allowed?
