New front and rear bumpers?

Hi I have a 1983 FB RX7 and the front bumper is pushed in, in a way that the springs don’t push it back out and I was looking at getting a new set but they’re scarce from what I’ve found. Any ideas or help? Not against homemade fabrication!

The bumpers themselves are actually aluminum. A good whack and they're done for. To source bumpers, you may want to create a want to buy ad in the marketplace section if you are unable to find any locally.

Have you removed the front bumper to see if the bumper shocks are collapsed and if there is any structural damage?

Do what he says, check if the bumper shocks have collapsed and are not returning to normal position.

I’m not sure about damage behind the bumpers yet, ive been hesitant to take anything of the body apart in case I forget/can’t get it back together in time for work as it’s currently my daily, but I’ll 100% take it off to check for that thanks for the heads up!
