Those are Verrrry nice. Some questions.
How much?
Does it use the stock mounting locations?
Are they too tall?
Comfort?
Lateral support?
Recine?
Material?
Where'd you get them?

--> yes, stock mounting locations w/new bracket
--> no, but passenger seat ended up taller than driver
--> for me, yes quite comfortable
--> yes movable and reclinable
--> fabric w/'leather' wear patches
more info on the seat available here:

i think the reason the pass seat is taller is cuz the car... my monaco usa seats are the same way. the pass seat is a good inch higher than the drivers and EVERY body smacks there head... im gonna have to figure out a way to lower that thing. and dont a new set of seats make the car handle better.. i know i could go into turns faster...sence i was glued into the new seats

Very nice looking car. Between the seats, pedals, and wheel I bet you can really feel the "in tune" with the car. The only thing I can't figure out is why the door panels are gone but the storage bins are still there.

Where is the reclining control on the drivers seat? Is it on the outside by the door like the stock one is? Stupid question, but I gotta know . And about the brackets...Does Corbeau make the brackets to bolt the seats in, or are they made by another company?

Edit: Nevermind I just checked the online list of seat brackets, and the 79-85 RX-7 is listed $64.25 per bracket, and they are sliders too

Just curious - as the door panels are pressed cardboard woth a thin veneer of cloth, what is the advantage to removing them? They're really not that heavy...

no, they're not that heavy. And as the car is being prepped for Pro7 (maybe 2004 season?) everything will count. But truth is the vinyl top piece had a hole and was duct taped over - and the red, well is just old and faded looking in general...
