new brakes, front catch hard, rear=nada

I replaced rotors, caliper, pads on front...and then cylinders, shoes on rear, bled the entire system and have clean/clear fluid coming out of every bleed. Brake pedal feels good/normal(feels like the boost is fine), car stops fine but front gets really hot quick when stopping hard(even if just one hard stop...smoking hot), rear does not even really catch. I know this because if I stop fast by pushing the pedal and pull the e-brake too then it stops like it should, other wise it cooks the front and rear obviously does nothing or not much.
If I hit the pedal on a dirt road the front tires slide, the rear does nothing.
Now, I know how to adjust the rear brakes and did this when installed plus the rear catches hard if I'm on a dirt road and pull the e-brake(both rear brakes are proportionate and slide equal amounts and drums are turned)and rear drums on a GS are self adjusting anyway. It's like the equalizer may be bad. The master and boost IMO are good. Does anyone know anything about that equalizer/slave next to the master and boost ?

thats your proportioning valve, and it limits the pressure to your rear brakes so they don't lock up during braking. But it sounds like maybe your MC is leaking over internally.

Well there's something I didn't mention(oh boy)that maybe you should hear about. After draining all brake fluid(master empty, ect)I did the front brakes(rubber hoses, calipers, rotors,pads)and then moved on to the rear. Well you know that one single pain in the *** rubber hose for the rear(one next to the fuel filter)? Well I was changing that(laying and practically trapped under my car...I need a lift!)hose and started thinking man that's a long steel line(unlike the front lines)so I grab the air-hose and was gonna blow it out(wanting NO old fluid left behind). I felt back pressure, first thought, how is that possible because the line goes right to the master....then...uh no it goes to the front/rear equalizer valve, DANG, hope I didn't blow a seal or something?
Well I get all brakes done, bleed entire system and now the rear isn't working very well, so I slap myself and wonder if it's possible to have messed up this valve somehow.
If it's the master I can rebuilt it easily, Bill(my new business partner)has all the seals, ect. But I didn't know if maybe it's the valve bad befor I go rebuilding master(because I have these valves laying around everywhere at work.
I will NOT tell Bill this story, I would rather tell thousands to view on the net than to tell him I blew compressed air through the proportioning valve...he's 68 but he would slap the **** out of me! haha. So since ya'll already know about my up-side-down carb gasket, I figured you might as well know about this one too.
If you think it's still the mastercylinder just let me know I 'll find some time next week to pull it off and rebuild it, and probably change the valve also.
