hey today i purchased a 79 4 speed rx-7. almost 67k miles on the car. everything works. yellow with brown interior. i have 2 2nd gens, but this is my first first gen, so you guys will probably be seeing alot more of me =)

Definitely stick with the 12a. Definitely restore. SA's deserve restoration. Can't wait to see some pics.

Nice purchase! The SA's are the nicest 1st gens.

 

they are fbs ,fbs are 81-85, some come gs,gsl and in 84 and 85 some came gsl-se

i pick up the car tomorrow and i will check out my interior and let you know what i need. just out of curiosity, is your carpet brown of black. cus its a bit of both in my car haha

 

i still want a gsl-se. my friend had one and it honestly handled better than my 88 gxl i think.
