Everything. Complete engine, harness with all attached sensors, ecu, tranny, modified driveshaft, SE oil pan, modified SE front cover, SE front mount for engine, etc. Steve84GS has the BEST S5T swap swap in a 1st gen.
Start searching all of his posts and listen to his advice.

GSL-SE oilpan and front cover to get you started.Thats all you need to mount it up and get things begun......from there it gets substantially more complicated.S5 engines are quite a bit different than the S4,which borrowed more from the original EFI rotary in the 84-85 GSL-SE.Most of the changes made to the S5 are the stumbing points youll hit, when doing a 1st gen swap.
First and foremost, are you going to run the stock Mazda EFI?
Thats the big question, and that decision will determine smog legality, final costs and sheer headaches.
2nd,get an 89-92 factory service manual and read it.Especially if your gonna keep the stock EFI.
