Yup-

That's right. I have given up on trying to find parts for this stupid tranny.......Seams that Mazda doesn't even sell those parts anymore or the tools to service them either. Unless you know of a place here, there, or anywhere I could pick up some parts?

Does anyone have a tranny for sale that would fit (bolt-on) my '85 GSL-SE?

Please God, someone in this entire universe should be able to come up with that one now.

Justin

Look in the for sale section. Any first gen tranny should work. iscracing.net sells rebuilt ones but you should be able to find a used one for cheap.

Good link for general tranny info. http://www.mazdatrix.com/g1.htm

Trans

Justin,

Your so close to Kevin I would call him and ask if he has any 2nd gen 86-88 NA trans. If he does buy one and put you GSL-SE tail shaft on it and there you go.
Back on the road.
