Need Some Help

I was about to leave my house in the FB (12a) and i had turned on the car for maybe 20 seconds with the choke about half way because its cool outside. She started right up as usual but then all of the sudden it just died and now it will not turn over. Seems like it wont get a spark..so i changed the plugs and plugs wires. but still nothing. Can someone help please?

When you change the plugs like that for new ones, you need to turn the key and let the engine spin for about twenty or so seconds without any spark plugs installed at all. Put a rag next to the frame where the crap is going to be flying out of the engine....clean the spark plug hole threads, put in the brand-new-never-used spark plugs and it should fire right up.

If your car is a 84-85 model verify that you have spark to the trailing ignition. If you have no spark or the tach does not operate when you are cranking then the ignitor is bad. That means there will be no fuel pump either.
