Need Serious Help. (engine Swap) no start.

Well, my motor seized on me i was running it at 3k, trying to figure out why it wouldn't stay idling. while i was in front of the engine, holding the throttle with my hand and looking to see if i would hear anything out of the ordinary,
The engine just Seized! it stopped and shut off completely under 1/2 a second..
No loud splosion, no anthing.. it just totally stopped!.
I tried turning it by hand to see if it had locked carbons, but it would still spin but not as smooth as before.
I then saw that the metering pump rod was unhooked, therefore not giving it any lobue to the rotors.
what should i do?
*by the way, i already got a T2 engine, complete with trans and all wiring! ;p
should i just try to put that engine instead or should i just try on a fixing my non turbo still?
