I just took both fenders off of an '84 parts car last weekend. It takes about 6 minutes each with an impact wrench and the car in the air. Just get it up in the air, take the wheel off, and start taking bolts off. The only tricky on is in the headlight bucket area, it was easier for me just to take the headlight bucket out first, since I was doing that anyway. If you don't want to do that, it'd be pretty tricky to get to that one. Other than that, just look and look again before you start wrestling with it, you can bend it pretty easily. The sealer up on the top (engine compartment) edge should break away very easily once the bolts are all out. Good luck!

Thumbs up old off and new on.......what a bitch

6min.........I dont think so..................

my fender had extra screw's........... coming off was no problem.........getting the new old fender back on was the bitch........it is not a just bolt on process..........

you have to line everything up............tighten and untighten........back and forth.........then you close the hood and......ugh.......adjust somemore.....after a while it starts to line up.

I replaced my drivers door also. It was from a 83 gsl, and I cramed my old wiring harness inside before i bolted it on....

I thought I could just swap out the old lock set but my 84 has the lighted key hole........And that is all part of the handle ......Is there any tricks to removing this part?

Car has a whole new look with an undented fender......

Definately be careful when putting hte new fender on... I replaced a fender on my old '82 because of rust. I wasn't paying attention and closed the door before I made sure everything lined up. Crunch, instant crease in replacement fender. Fortunately, I was able to pound the crease out with dollies and a hammer..

all the bolts 10mm theres 2 down on the bottom next to the door, open the door there should be a 10mm nut, a nut and bolt right in the front underneth the head light maybe easier to undo the headlight 2. 4 - 5 bolts on the top and i think another nut and bolt right down th bottom front by the air dam
