okay, i now need a new engine because my 12a as just about had it. But i am wondering what my best alternative would be, either a built up 12a or 13b?

PS. I have a extra 12a at home maybe i should build that up.

if you have a 12a then hp/cost would say the 12a. otherwise 13b. thats my 2 cents.
