Need a lot of wheel help (again!)

Hey y'all.

My plans are coming together to mount my new-old Kosei K1s on. My only issues are:
1. I need wheel adapters, but does the bore size matter on the adapter itself?
2. For hub centric rings, what bore size should I get? There is no data listed for GS's, only GSL-SE's and that's 59.6.

This is a slight nightmare and I really need some help. I have read that center bore for K1s are 73mm or 54mm, however I'm not terribly sure. I should probably measure it myself but at the moment I do not have any tools to measure.

Another thing to note is that it seems to fit quite oddly on my hub - I think when I mount it on, it has maybe a millimeter of play room - however it likes to pitch back and forth on the hub, like it cannot stay flat. Is that a job for 1" adapters? It also seems like 54mm as the center bore on the K1 is just a hair above the wheel hub bore.

Thanks for the help.
