Hey guys,

I got a street ported 12A and it has a holley 500 carb on it. I was wondering if anyone is running one of these. Or knows the formula to figure out what jets i need to run in it and what cam gear. I currently am running a 70 jet but i think i can go bigger. And my cam gear i have no idea what it is but it sputers to almost a stall unless i give if enough gas to push past the acl. pump. I beleive this carb is close to the right CFM's but i know it not perfect. If anyone can help me out i would be thankfull.

 

you have a 500 2 barrel? thats the first i heard somebody using that carb, i know people using 450 or 600's 4 barrel but not 500's. i dont know hwta to tell you but i know people i kow runs 60 primary and 68 secondary but i dont know in a two barrel
