Need Help with Water Pump

I am trying to replace the water pump in my1984 gsl se I have AC and the pulley is in the way I have tried everything to get the thing loose and cant get it, any ideas would be appreciated

Yeah, they're 10mm, not 19mm.

Jeff is right. There should be for 10mm bolts holding on the pulley that is in your way. Once those are off you may need to tap on it but the pulley will separate into two. Good luck.

Turn engine to TDC first.
