Need help!!! Please Im too old and forgot how.

OK, now that your looking I hope. I need to wire in my relays for the fan and the ignition, but in my old age I forgot what wires in the relay go to what.

The relay has terminals 85, 86, 30, 87a, and 87

the terminals Connect with a these wire colors in the plug

85 is black
86 is white
30 is blue
87a is red
87 is yellow

Now I know I need a:

positive in
neg
positive out
switch/signal

It has been about 10 years since I messed with relays and the ones I bought didn't come with a wiring diagram.

Thanks,
Sean

Can you post a clear pic of the diagram? If so I can decipher it for you.

Sorry to be so picky, but can you get a picture that is a little more straight on. I can almost make it out, but not quite.
