GS, GSL is same rotor but different from GSL-SE. Which is it?

Depending on where you are, you should be able to go to just about any junkyard and pick one up cheap.

If you get one from a wrecking yard, be sure and measure its thickness with a micrometer. If you don't own one, buy one. Good investment. Thicker is better. And get it turned at a local machine shop before installing.

Remind, SE rotors are different in size and bolt pattern than all other 1st Gens. Check you shop manual or call local brake shop and find out how think they are new and how thin before they are discard. Discard thickness should be stamped on your current rotors.

To make it easy, maybe other rotor heads can recite discard thickness's for the various years and models for yah.

Discard thickness on my '85 GS is 17 mm, and I can currently slip a 16 mm wrench over the edge of the rotor. Needless to say, I just ordered two new ones from Mazdatrix, $59 each.
