Welcome to the forum.

First thing you need to do is check the condition of the battery cables and the battery.
Could have alot of corrosion that has formed between the posts and the cables or the battery is just discharged.

Recommend to take the battery in and have it tested.

Headlights are working, but nothing else eh? Check your fusible links. These are a set of wires that work like fuses, and are located on the driver's side strut tower. They are about 4" long and plug in at each end. Sometimes they will be burnt out, but still appear to be good because of the cloth covering on them, so give them a very close inspection. You can also test them with a meter if you have access to one.

If you find one that is bad, it is easier to replace it with a fuse than to find another fusible link. Run a search on this if needed, and you will find plenty of information. Welcome to the forum.

In my sig line is a link to the online FSMs, carb manual, etc..

Best I can add is when posting, be as specific and detailed as you can.
