Question Need to decide

Alright, I need to decide between continuing the power upgrades on the 12A, or just pull it, sell it, and do the 13B-T swap. Mods should be in my sig, and I'm not sure what else to do with the motor. If you think I should stick 12A, what mods could I perform from here on? MY eventual goal is to run at least some 12s.

Should I go with the 12A or 13B-T

RB street port exhaust and a better carb/intake setup to compliment your SP engine.

i would go with the 13BT just because of the power gain! as what RX7carl said get exhaust and a better carb for the SP to add i would say maybe 5-10% more power on top of the 13BT

5 to 10 my ***,

with a streetported motor
are you running the stock nikki??

going with a full Racing beat streetport exhaust and a 48mm weber could net you 35-40hp +

I voted for the 13bt swap, cuz thats what im doing.

but if you have a ported motor and your running the nikki and a 2into1 header, you have A LOT of power left to gain.

Check out Rotaryshack.com or talk to Robert (680rwhp12a) he can hook you up with a really nice weber setup.

I voted for the 12a. Go with a huge SP, weber carb, and RB exhaust. should get you pretty damn close to 180whp.
Wont get you in the 12s, but its gonna cost a whole hell of alot less than going 13b-t, and you dont have to worry about blowing 2 or 3 motors just trying to get the thing tunned.

But if it were me I would go 13b with a huge SP. With all the right bolt on goodies that ought to get you around 220whp, and with all the money you saved over going turbo, you can put a nice airdam on the car, and get some wheels and tires.

Edit; THIS IS MY 1000th POST!!!!!!!!
