welcome to the club. be sure to use the search feature in the future. adding a racing beat exhaust will no doubt add power. an aftermarket carb such a a weber or holly would be next and couple that with an intake manifold and a better fuel pump and regulator. dflids, and an electric fan and you are set for fun.

When you say no power, do you mean NO POWER as in ir hardly drives, if so check compression, if you mean now power as in its jus tnot fast, add the word yet and youll be right. Exhaust from racing beat first

First thing is first....go through your maintence again. Fuel filter change, new plugs, wires, cap and rotar, and last but nor least new air filter. You will be suprised on what this does for the engine. This would be the cheapest performance mod to any engine. Once you have that done look into exaust. Racing Beat makes the best exaust for our cars with out a doubt. A little pricey, but dont skimp on the exaust, cause that is something underneath the car and you dont want to have to get under there every month to fix an exaust leak using cheap pluming. Hince our cars run at extreme temp. Once you get exaust going look into doing a cold air intake. Search the forum there are some pretty good write ups on what method you might want to go with. After these simple performance upgrades drive and enjoy it untill she dies and then street port the motor. Just my 2cents worth.

Keep r0tating,
Mike
