Name these Air Cleaner Assembly pieces...
Found a few more Rx-7 things at the local salvage yard, and I have a few questions about them.
Now....I assume thats the charcoal something or other (need name of it). What years used this style of air cleaner lid?
This was 1 of 3 Air Cleaner boxes I found. It has another "spout"(???) with a flapper piece in it. What is that for? What years does it correspond with for Rx-7s.
And.....last question.....do these pieces go together? The lid and the cleaner box? Or does the odd spout box use a regular lid....without the charcoal assembly?

Airflow is my life
Charcaol cannister. SA 1st gen and possibly earlier rotaries I think.
Not rx7 AFAIK, looks like earlier rotary stuff. The flapper and spout are for exh preheat, notice there no stub on the bottom where the preheat tube goes on a 7.
What do I win? Neat find BTW!
Doesnt look like they go together, the charcoal is centered and the box is heavily offset.
