my windsheild washer fluid wont squirt

so my car sat for a while and now the windsheild fluid wont squirt. i can hear the thing making noise and a little fluild runs out on to the hood but wont shoot up what do i do!!!

If you're handy, you can take the motor off, pry up the little tabs that hold the outer shell on, grease up where the end of the shaft rides in the end of the shell, put it back together, and enjoy a good squirt. This worked on the RX-4.

Squirters are plugged. Try a very fine needle in the opening.

yes this, also you can use the needle to aim the squirters too

And remember to aim them a little high as when you spray them going down the highway they will land lower on the glass than sitting still.

I just had this happen to my car. The hose t under the cowl vent snapped. I emptied 1/2 gallon of fluid on the ground before I found the leak.

sometimes the propeller thats on the end of the motor shaft will crack and slpit causing much slippage ? If it's not your clogged holes

Lol never got back to this but the fluid pump was old replace with a universal and it works awesome lolnew squirterz while I was fixing the seized wiper rack to lol easy to do makes everything ten times better.... Pb blaster
