My wife needs a Kidney, please help...
[QUOTE=Joon-Pr;11580064]Looks like we'll be going under the knife the 2nd week of October if everything goes accordingly...
[Would like to know how this turned out. I hope it went without complications and both of you are making great recoveries.

[QUOTE=eddie27;11618105]Yea bro, thank God all's been well. This Wednesday makes 4 weeks since surgery. I'm already back to work & the Mrs is recovering great. Her new kidney is functioning 100% & there has been no sign of rejection. So far so good, thanks for asking....
Glad to hear everything is going okay. I'm going on 9 years this Jan with my transplant. I had a mild problem after about three months IIRC but other than that it's been going okay. Just do as the docs say and watch the diet.
If you have any questions I can answer, just shoot me an email as I'm not on here often.

glad to hear things are moving in a positive direction and hope it keeps moving in that direction. i know how it feels having a family member go through dialysis with failing organs.

All's great man thanks! The wife has been reborn & I can't keep her still nowa days loll. She's back to work doing real estate & has literally taken her new lease on life to another level. Can't believe we're going on a yr since transplant, this experience has been humbling n surreal to say the least....
