I would start it (or try at least) but now the engine only cranks and very slowly.

The Battery is fully charged. I even used the battery charger as a jump starter to assist the battery and still nothing.

When you say it cranks slowly, do your dash lights dim with each crank? I'd still take your battery into Sears or something, and get it tested. Then check your ground and starter connections, fuses and fusible links. Also see if your engine is actually turnable by hand...if not, maybe it's stuck/seized. Check your fuses and links. Once all of that checks out and it still cranks slow, check your starter.

Check came back fine.

Pretty sure my fuel pump is dead now cuz it doesnt do anything.
When cranking it does nothing and I even jumped it through the afm to get it to run and nothing. is there anything i am missing with the fuel pump?

Well, unless you disconnected something, then it's probably dead...or you blew your fuel pump relay. I don't remember if there's a fuse for it...

So turns out pump must be dead. Hooked it up directly to battery power and nothing.

So then I decided to check the voltage directly at the pump connector and the reading came back positive.

I checked through the afm and cranking the engine as well.

came back positive in like you're using a test light? i would be testing for proper voltage to the connector to the fuel pump when cranking.

I was using a digital multimeter and checked with afm and while cranking. both were good.

Although voltage at the connector was around 10 volts. Is this standard?
