This is my Princess

Hi,
Now that I have worked out how to post photos on this forum, thought I might give you all a look at my pride and joy. Few changes have occured since these photos namely RB dual exhaust, Lambswool no more, but you get the idea.

Cheers Sue

Beautiful princess for the princess

Your princess is very nice, I especially like the wheels. If you drive it and park it in public places, keep the moldings.

Next time, just paint the moldings body color. Actually, with a good epoxy primer, they take paint and get pretty good adhesion. I have seen some done that way here in Seattle, 1st and 2nd gen cars.

Why people hating on the moldings? I think it gives the car it's unique touch. Love the rims, where'd you get em?

i hate on the mouldings cause i just really think the car has a much cleaner look without them, it also depends on the color of the car.

btw, the wheels are Simmons F60 i believe? They're an austrailian company, and i believe you can only get them in australia, or at least it would take an arm and 3 legs to get them here (and then it'd be pointless cause you couldnt work the clutch or gas ). He's in australia, so he's lucky.

Thanks, Yea, I think the black mouldings and trim give it a complete look. I have lots of friends with rotas and they have hacked on me about them for years but now that the car is nearing completion they seem to have changed their tune a little.

The Wheels are Simmons F90's, they are a 16 inch 3 piece rim, love em too. Not sure where you would get them from, I of course bought them here.

Cheers Sue

Engine Freshly rebuilt Extended Port 12a, New internals including new turbo housings, (comp test 125) Aluminium Radiator, 16inch thermo fan, S4 Altenator, wheels, zorst.

Still standard nikki 4 barrel carb, next mod, IDA Fuel injection.

VERY nice 7. VERY nice. I agree on the side mouldings. SOMETHING has to break up the flow of the body, or it looks real incomplete.

Why is it that all the women I've met who call an RX-7 their "baby" seem to suffer from munchausen's by proxy? Heh.
