Suprisingly, as much as I flame people for bringing up the subject, I actually don't mind this car. It it clean, sleek looking, and contrary to popular belief, it's really not purple.

The color we are seeing is commonly known as Maroon, and although I have a hard time digging the 80's color scheme, it's a nice car and I wouldn't be that ashamed to own it, if it weren't for the people on here haha.

If there was an ultimate body kit available to switch to......since there is not............leaves anybody to dream up and try a new approach.....Some will like and some wont .....hopefully it has a rotary engine inside otherwise we should not be talking about it on this forum... thats it for me.......

Really it's up to the individual to decide what they like but why would anyone want to make their rx7 look like a porsche in that case just get a porsche then.

I've been on this forum for a few years now, and have seen some 'out there' peoples ideas of how to customize a 1st gen RX7. Hell, some people don't like how mariahs kits look, some people like the IMSA 'factory' add-ons. My thinking is : as long as i'm happy with the car, who don't can kick rox. The picture of that highly customized -SE has something about it, to stop people in there tracks 'dead' and take a long good look. You must admit that it's turbo'd, thats a plus and the paint and body work reflect the effort and detail invested into that car. IMO,, the supra wing is too tall.
Thats it !! One thing i know must happen, is where ever
that car goes people stop and take a good look, then when it's discovered that it's an RX7 everything changes
then they don't like it. IMO.

Sterling has got it... if you don't try you cannot succeed. Ty did succeed in separating himself from the masses and using his creativity to build something beautiful. Obviously there is a lot of green here... green as in envy, as no one has even attempted to improve on his design.

Not to say that simple mods are not an improvement.

Those of you who put any effort into bettering you vehicles need to be applauded.
