The reason for parting/ sale

I like to run -SE bolt patern = sale of the rims 4x110 15x7 with 205-50-15
I have tokico HP's on my other 7, love them... but want to run adjustable on this one.
I have a set of eibach springs that I want to run on this one = sale of RB springs
Spoiler, not a fan of spoilers on my FB
Strut bar, wont fit with my engine swap

Also it has an -SE tranny with short shifter for sale = $100
GSL with -se gear set for sale = $100


Springs and Struts... I have no number for milage, the PO just said "recent" tough I understand recent is subjective. He's out of town for ~2 months so can't ask it exactly I think $250 is a good price for the set of shocks & springs.
