I've seen some rusty 1st gens before, even to the point a friend of mine sat in one and the seat went through the floorpan and he landed on the ground. Now that was funny to watch and the look on his face was priceless. But I have never seen rust clear through the body where you have it.

The true sign of a 1st gen owner, or any rotary fan for that matter, is how many you can line up in a pic and have the tittles in hand.
