Just feel lucky you got a nice clean one for a first 7. Mine was a '81 I got for $300 and it was a huge pile of ****. Didn't idle, had a busted brake line, no tach etc. However it ran like a bat out of hell when you punched the throttle. Nowadays I have a nice clean '89 GXL. And I have a GSL-SE for old times sake. You will always miss the FB even if you get a TII or a FD in the future. And that will more than likely happen.
