My first autocross
i was just invited to an autocross, nothing special, basic really. Set up, official, in a huge parking lot, with ALL different kinds of cars. Course is like a salom, hard left, hard right, long curve, then back to start (somethin LIKE that). ANYWAY, i'm just goin for fun and see if i can beat ANYONE.
MY QUESTION IS, i have 4 full weeks to "prepare". What would be the best thing i could do in that time for an autocross: 1.springs and shocks (allready have bushings and a pro did a full alignment with full neg cmaber-caster) 2. Headers and muffler and have my car tuned and have timing checked. I CAN"T afford both.
My car is basically stock with new tires, new plugs etc.., all cats removed and replaced with one "high flow cat" , andit runs pretty gosh darn smooth
