Talking My christmas break car improvments!

During our long 2 and half break i had time (and Money) to make some much needed improvements.

200W Pioneer amp
2 10" rockford fosgate speakers
Oil change

And i removed my storage compartments (from behind the seat), and then drilled hole(s) for my tweeter and midrange speakers in the old lid. After fitting both sides with a midrange and a tweeter i mounted my old amp (a pyramid 240w that only pushes 100w) vertically. The old amp didn't push subs too well but works great for tweeter/midrange speakers.

I am going to buy a set of 6x9's for the storage compartment and use particle board and make a ported box instead of free air like it is now.

My subs thump pretty good now and my mids/highs are pretty good.
Anyone else do anything to their over break?

Be wery, wery quiet. I'm hunting wust. Took out carpeting, removed old insulation (stuff between carpet and sound deadener tar junk) since it likes to hold moisture. Almost ready to lay carpet back in and put the seats back in. Storage bin frames are primered and going back in too since I was checking for storage bin rust.

basically finished the little details of my motor installation (12a into an SA... big deal, i know, but it was an 83 motor into an 80 car, so there were some "issues")

oh, and i bought a 48 DHLA and intake, and the full RB exhaust, the carb and intake will be here tomorrow, and the exhaust some time next week. Then the beast will hit the road.
