Unhappy My car won't go

so yesterday I was driving around and I raced my friend (and won) and when I went to put it in 5th it ground badly. So i put it in 4th and drove through the 80kmph zone and tried 5th again but still no go so i got mad and slamed it in to 5th and something broke. Now when i push in the clutch there is no feeling it is just air. i can put it in to any gear with out the clutch and if thats not bad enough it doesn't drive. It starts without the clutch also.

Sounds like you broke her...

Might not be anything really serious though, so don't give up hope. Can't think of what it might be right off the bat, maybe the clutch fork? Slave cylinder? Are you leaking any clutch fluid, or is the resevior empty? Sounds like you might be pulling the tranny to deal with a clutch issue...

You probably blew your pressure plate, but maybe, just maybe you only wrecked your throwout bearing.
