My car wont blink anymore!!!

i was goin home from work yesterday and i usually run my car for about 10 to 15 mi or when the choke kiks off, and i turn the park lights on cuz its dark out, then when i go into my car i turn my headlights on with the combo switch and they dont go up, then i use the retractable headlight switch and nothing either, so i put them up manually and they stay up all the time cause im too lazy to put them up or down. im goin to try to replace the retractable headlight switch but before i do i want to know what u guys think. What shoould i check or do?

Fuseable link, under the hood. Marked as "Retractor".

yes there is supose to be three, from top to bottom they are

Brown
black
Brown

I think two brown ones have to do with the headlights and the black one is for the main electrical for the car, not completly shure tho

they are on the side near the battery, it looks like a small black baox with three wires connected to each other, it is near the top of the strut tower on the driver side -it should read retractor, main, and somthing else.
