84 rx7 with a 13b in it. And when its good and warm its stalling out and what seems like flooding when i come to a stop. If i keep the rpms up past 3k and rev the **** out of it, its fine. The car has to be really warm and then this is when it doesnt seem to want to idle. It will bog out and die on me unless i rev it.

The car has no fuel pressure regulator so its getting straight fuel from the fuel pump. Any suggestions? the motor has the Racing beat Holley Carb / intake setup that they sell on there website with the 600cfm doubler pumper holley carb. The motor is also ported and has a full Racing beat exhaust and MSD ingnition. The car itself seems to idle okay when its cooler but after it was driven for about 40 mins it didnt wanna stay running when coming to a stop.

I would suggest maybe grabbing a can of carburetor cleaner and checking for some vacuum leaks. Or invest in a regulator.

 

what fuel pump do you have? Get a regulator and a decent gauge...
