it was raining liek hell today and i went out to get new wiperblades. well on my way home i was FORCED (by traffic) to try to drive through this part of flooded road. the water was stil under my sideskirts, so it wasnt too bad, my car bogged a lil bit at first, but after 30' it almost died.... luckily i was through the water.. i thought it would be ove,. but it only got worse.. i turned the corner only to find 50' of flooded road... i drove through with no other option and again, my car almost stalled, i had to pull off next to a fence to get out of the water halfway through so my car could regain its idle. the water btw went over my sideskirts.... and was almost beginning to leak into my car... but i made it through with a crowd of people cheering me (they really did cheer.. ) hahaha...

the funny thing of it is that i think it cleaned out my engine.... the idle is stronger than it was before and my car starts up a lil better! hahaha

 

the power of steam........knock that carbon loose. nice job, a healthy dose of water through the intake or vacuum line works but i guess finding a big *** puddle works also!

that's good you didn't loose it. i lost 2 of mine under about 10 feet of water for a couple days.
