Must find super cheap 15" wheels...

Looking for some type of rim to fit a 15" Hoosier on. I don't care about apearance only cost. This is for our $2004 challenge car, so budget is most important. I was thinking maybe I could drill out a set of steel rims from another car, or maybe you guys know of a place that sells steal wheels in 15" 4x110 bolt patterns. Any help would be most apriciated and would help get out little 12a GSL to the $2004 challenge.

diamond racing wheels, 67 bucks a piece in 15 inch
but thats probably too much for you
