not dissin but i am not too found of that shade of blue. your car your choice, but other than that its cool.

Looking good man! Lots of blue in there . I like it. Did you paint the oil filter, or did it come in blue? Just seems like it would take some time to paint your filter each time .

i think dupli color has some engine paint that matches pretty damn good. ford blue - there are two different ones, but the lighter of the two is almost dead on for the mazda blue. that's what i painted my motor in my 1st gen and brake calipers on my FD with

Sorrow, my motor is far from rice, I didnt paint the cast housings to make it look faster, I did it to make the $5000,00 worth of goodies under that hood look deserving of the money I spent.

Is it a sin to make a new motor look good? I think not. Should I have kept the cast housings looking stock when the motor is far from stock?

I just realized that you didnt tell us anything special about the engine...Did you rebuild it your self? Any porting? Any mods at all? Story please .

I just broke the motor in late January.

Large streetported 12a, 3mm carbon seals, new rotor housings, 84 rotors, modified stationary gears, race bearings, mazda racing oil pump, oil pressure regulator, ported intake manifold, superstreet Nikki carb modified by Staff's Auto, mechanical secondaries, RB Alluminum pulleys, RB racing header, long primary system collecting into a 27" long 2 1/2 Magnaflow stainless exhaust.
