This is a good read.. I have said that I would not do it unless I had an issue. That comment is pretty much a straight forward answer. Put another way, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Why take the chance that you might disrupt something inthe engine ( ie particals ) that could really give you a problem. If it runs good and why do you want to take a chance on a controversial procedure??

But you know, everyone has their opinion and that is good.. Anything to keep our 7's going ...I am for it....

Hmm, I gave an account of my personal experience with this type of product, but apparently that is only a myth? Go figure...

I'm glad that it worked out for you (although I wouldn't be surprised if you developed issues down the road), but as I said before, in my opinion this stuff is bad news...

Thats right!! In your opinion.

Although it is correct. If it aint broke don't fix it. I took a chance because I am familiar with the effects on turboshaft engines also my engine was in clear need of attention.

Sometimes we do things not knowing what the outcome is going to be.

Take for example how electricity was discovered.

You said you had bad experiences with the product before, but there are too many variables to account for like

Was it done correctly?
What was the condition of the engine?
etc.

My engine was in dire need of SOMETHING. That something was a good ol flush with the controversial product GUNK MOTROR FLUSH.

MYTH IS BUSTED

All I meand with that is that if you had in your mind the slightest doubt as to why not do one. I proved it can be done without harming your engine.

It is too bad I could not take better pictures. You guys would be taking a different perspective to what this can do to neglected engines.

If your car is running fine and youve done all its maintenance accordingly then I would say yep you can pass it and not do one. But if you have loos in performance or just don't know anything about how well or bad it was taken care off then I suggest you do one.

IT WILL NOT HARM YOUR ENGINE IF YOU FOLLW THE STEPS I MENTIONED EARLIER IN THIS POST

You didn't prove anything.

Proof is repeated trials that all have the same results. If people proved they can cure cancer because a drug worked on one person than...i dont even know because its not proof.

You can say it however you want to. You got Lucky, it worked for you, your engine was in SUCH **** condition it helped.

Others have had bad experiences with it over multiple trials and engines and whatnot, therefore the myth is not busted. It worked for you, everyone else offered their opinion and you borderline keep attacking them for it.

You keep saying its a myth that it harms rotaries. No, its not. It HAS harmed rotaries. Therefore "myth" or "experiences" still exist. Thanks.

Now that that is said and done, I applaud you for being brave and going against everyone and trying it out. I am glad you had a positive experience with this product.

Good to hear it worked out for you, if you keep on using good oil you should be fine. I tore down my engine after 3 years of running, and my oil pan looked the same way it went in. Good quality oils have good cleaning agents to clean up sludge and stuff. So even if you had sludge build up and then go to a good oil for a whole year or so, should clean it up pretty good and would be a safer way.

couldn't find original but i'm sure this will get my point across.....just let it die, he had good luck he went against us just to prove his point. Some of you had bad luck with it, i'm sure you won't be trying that stuff anytime soon right, well he had good experiences with it thus far, let him be. w/e, to each their own you know. no i'm not sticking to anyone's side, just saying quit beating the dead horse haha, you're just repeating things over and over again. (and yes, i know i just did also, my point exactly)
