most bang for buck

hey all
im new but not to the rotary engine and rx7's i ve owned 2 other 7's prior the the one that i have now im sure there is a another thread in here something like this but i dont always got the time to search the forums i only get some much time due the fact that im in iraq. joy!? i ve got an 85 rx7 gsl se im wanting 2 get the most horse power out of my engine as i can w/o going to turbo theres something gets me on na and i wanna keep my that way. when i get home from iraq im going to rebuild my eng. im gettin an extended street port ,one peice apex seals and im doin and over haul and while shes apart i might as well do what i can to get as much hp as i can with out going force induction and i dont like bottle feeding maybe one of these days i might do a swap but not right now can anyone help as far as tellin me the best way to get as much hp from my 13b 6port that it has w/o forced induction and w/o gettin more than a extended street port i was also thinkin about goin carb and add bigger jets bc i ve always been told more fuel more hp any help would help thank you
