Draw thru running 6lbs boost, can adjust wastegate for 10lbs boost but then getting dangerously close to knock conditions.

See thread "Fc rearseat install and turbo 12a FB pics" for more details!

What's real nice about that setup is that the carb is mounted the right way, unlike the stupid Racing Beat setup....

You really should use the leading part of the cap for your trailing ignition. Just swap the wires. We won't tell.

Could you elaborate on your statement? What should I do with the trailing ignition wires and why? Thanks.

I think that what he means by that is remove the trailing wire from its current position, and place instead of where the Leading wires were.

Because it appears you have direct fire leading (coils are upside down – a little unusual), that one spare coil wire going from the unused coil to the center of your cap should be removed and kept in your glovebox or wherever. Then simply transfer all the trailing wires from the trailing position over to each corresponding leading position on the cap. In other words, move the coil wire from T to L, and each spark plug wire from T1 to L1, and T2 and L2. Very easy and worth the effort.

Jeff20b,

I'll do it since you said so! But, what, if any, improvement will that result in?

Slightly more voltage getting to the trailing spark plugs will be the result because there is only one gap to jump instead of two.

Ever seen inside a cap? Study the trailing part and compare to the leading part. You'll see what I'm taling about.
