The momo horn is suitable for a S2 RX7 (I know, cause I have one too ) So check if the wires are ok (ground etc) Maybe fuses? Horns itself? Or the button is broken? But that sounds hard to believe: horn buttons are very simple, so can't really break.

On my grant, the ground is a piece of metal connected to the horn button, which contacts the the outer metal part of the steering wheel column. It is grounded through the steering column.

Not sure on momo tho.
