With the mechanical conversion we find that the secondaries should be replaced with no bigger than an .060, while the primaries- depending on your driving needs- have anywhere from .053 to .058 installed.
I don't know yet about boosted application. It's something I could speculate on, but tossing a number is not tuning.
You have to be prepared to disassemble the carb top and play with different air jet and fuel jet combinations, and it takes a while.
That's the part too many of my customers don't seem to understand...We make our Nikkis completely tunable for this reason, but driving style, vehical wieght, transmission, porting, type of roads, altitude, temperature, filtration unit...and a few others, are all variables that can be compensated for by jet tuning.
There is no "one size fits all" approach...only a starting point.
And like I said, I do not yet have this information.
-Obviously the guys that do ain't sharing.

We'll be adding boost prepped Nikkis to our services list as soon as we know what to base-line jet them at.
yea, i'm the trial guy for the banana boost!
wait i mean....
hahahaha, i'll have it on a dyno shortly after i get it. we'll see what can be done! WOOOO!
-zac
oh and here's what will be going with that amazing nikki....
-rebuilt/ported to all hell s4 turbo and manifold
-npr front mount intercooler
-msd fuel pump
-mallory 4309 rrfpr
-2.5 custom downpipe
-2.5 exhaust
-3 magnaflow 2.5" diameter mufflers (yes 3!) hahaha
-and debating on which clutch to use.
(racing beats or mazdaracing's)
