I have a 1980 RX-7 and I noticed today that above the climate controls on the under part of the lip of the dash there apears to be a part missing. Or at least there are two screw clips without anything attached to them.

Can anyone tell me if I am missing a trim piece or a light cover or something?

Your missing a panel that goes there. The panel screws upward to and holds the top of the stereo surround.
