I have a solution to vapor locking but most people know it as flooding. I thought my 7 was flooding and so did the previous owners but my best friends dad is a master mechanic and him and his buddies said it is vapor locking not flooding. The gas is getting so hot that it is turning to a vapor. That why they might not start if you turn it off after running them for a while. A stupid way to fix this problem believe it or not is to put wooden clothes pins on your fuel lines going in to your engine they will absorb the heat enough to end the vapor locking. It worked for me. It sounds dumb but try it. I could be mistaken about it being the same thing as flooding but im almost certain it is.
